Useful reports

• Rate issue: include the exchange name, the number you saw and roughly when you saw it.
• Broken page: include the page address and the device or browser where the problem appeared.
• Source suggestion: tell us which exchange or public rate source you think would make the comparison more useful.

What we can investigate

We can review problems with the comparison interface, data freshness, page content and links that we control. Reports are more useful when they contain enough detail to reproduce the issue.

What we cannot change

NairaRate cannot unlock an exchange account, reverse a transfer, release cryptocurrency, change a merchant's price or confirm a payment made on another service. Those matters must be handled through the exchange's official support and dispute channels.

Privacy when contacting us

Please do not send passwords, seed phrases, private keys, one-time codes or full payment credentials. A normal description of the problem is enough for most site-support requests.
